Writing a Procedure That is Consistent With ISO 9000 Standards – QualityInspection.org

The person writing procedures must ensure that the process is accurately depicted. This is typically done by interviewing staff in the area for which the procedure is being written. The interviews allow staff to have input into the procedure, so they don’t feel out of the loop and can have ownership of the documents once created.
